After 13 years of working for major tax preparation companies I had decided to go into business for myself. It was late in the year around October or November of 2013 when I decided to make this move so I was late trying to get everything prepared.

There was no way I could get my EFIN in time. So I started looking for companies where I could still have my own business as an independent contractor. So I started looking online and found quite a few but their stipulations did not sit well with me.
