California privacy requests

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, where that law applies. These can include requests to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information subject to exceptions, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Eligible residents may also opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information, if such activity occurs. We will not discriminate against someone for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To ask about your information or submit a privacy request, email info@ziprefund.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law; we may ask for proof of authority.

Data and opt-out details

The Privacy Policy describes the currently published practices, but it was carried over from the prior website and needs review for this redesign. Before launch, Zip Refund will confirm the categories collected, purposes, retention, disclosures, whether any data is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the required request methods. If an opt-out link is required, it will be added with a working request mechanism. This page does not represent that an email alone satisfies every applicable requirement.
