There is no upfront Zip Refund program fee; the specific commission arrangement is reviewed with you before you join.
PTIN still matters.
An EFIN is associated with electronic filing authorization. A PTIN identifies an individual paid preparer. Tell us whether you have an EFIN in the qualification form, and make sure your PTIN is current for the season.
